Malene Dores Amstrup has 25 years of experience in leading and managing projects, programs, and portfolios, with over 20 years dedicated to executing complex projects in both public and private sectors. She is proficient in both traditional project management (Prince2) and agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum). Malene is an expert in establishing common tools, methods, and processes, as well as advising and developing project staff and leaders. As an experienced instructor, she is known for her engaging and effective training sessions. Malene is passionate about inspiring the project leaders of the future through practical learning and teaching.
