    Morten Esmer became a partner at the consultancy firm in early 2024. He has a background in major Danish and international companies, where he has been responsible for Learning and Development. Morten is committed to creating lasting learning experiences in an inspiring and creative way, drawing on his experience from operational organizations where results and the bottom line are of utmost importance.
